BRUT – PREMIER CRU

Terroir: Pargny-lès-Reims
Grapes: 33% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, 34% Meunier
Dosage: 7 g of sugar per litre

Visual Analysis: Golden yellow color, deep and indicative of maturity. Fine and consistent effervescence forming a delicate bead of mousse. Overall impression: rich, refined, and mature.

Olfactory Analysis: Intense nose confirming the wine’s maturity: ripe fruits, honey, and freshly baked bread. Upon aeration, notes of dried and cooked fruits emerge. The expression is clear, refined, and complex, without over-ripeness.

Tasting Analysis: Soft attack with effervescence adding freshness. The palate then becomes round, slightly vinous. The dosage harmoniously balances freshness with the wine’s subtly sharp character.

Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs effortlessly with a variety of canapés and lightly sweet or savory preparations thanks to its beautiful acid-sugar balance.
